Solution for intensive document disposal
IDEAL 4108 CC, P-5, Lubricant, can be assessed for the processing of high-volume paper in central disposal areas. P-5 safety level and 2 x 15 mm cut size eliminates documents.
This model has a 410 mm feed opening and a specified sheet capacity of 37 – 42 (A4, 80 g/m²). Its 300-litre bin helps plan emptying intervals. Assess capacity alongside paper weight, shred size and daily workload.
Feeding and daily use
Conveyor belt paper leads to cutting mechanism. LED lighting enhances the visibility of the feeding area; detachable side tables provide flexibility in layout and transportation plan.
The automatic lubrication unit supports the maintenance of the cutting mechanism. The control of the oil level and other maintenance operations should be performed according to the operation manual.
Installation and technical planning
Electrical connection 400 V/50 Hz, motor power 3.0 kW is specified as three phase motor. Before installation, evaluate three phase electrical infrastructure, transport route and operation area together with the Teknosay team.
